Vision:

Missions:
Transparent and Corruption-Free Governance: Fully implement e-governance systems to ensure services are available to all citizens in a timely manner.
Infrastructure Development: Equally ensure drinking water, better roads, streetlights, and sanitation facilities in all wards.
Health and Education: Modernize primary health centers and public schools to ensure quality services.
Sanitation and Waste Management: Strengthen source-level waste management and the activities of the Haritha Karma Sena with the goal of achieving a 'Waste-Free Panchayat'.
Social Security: Formulate special projects for the protection and welfare of the elderly, differently-abled, women, and children.
Sustainable Development and Agriculture: Promote organic farming, rejuvenate water bodies, and implement development projects that maintain ecological balance.
Employment Opportunities: Increase local employment opportunities and enterprises through Kudumbashree and employment guarantee schemes (MGNREGS).
